Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Actively assist customers in locating specific products, answering their questions accurately, and providing helpful recommendations.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized store shelves, aisles, and display areas, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, clearly displayed, and rotated to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and efficiently stocking new inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and communicate replenishment needs proactively to supervisors to avoid shortages.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and empathetically, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Collaborate effectively and positively with all team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and harmonious store operations.
Required Skills
