Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at all times.
- Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and answering product-related inquiries with accuracy.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-presented and correctly priced.
- Receive and process deliveries, including checking for discrepancies and organising stock in the backroom.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and according to store policy.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock counts and reporting low stock levels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and store operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Open and close the store when required, following established security protocols.
