Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, fridges, and display areas with new products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Organise and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe stockroom and receiving area.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and in the backroom, communicating needs to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and labelled according to store standards.
- Remove expired or damaged goods from shelves and dispose of them according to company policy.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with locating products.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Support the broader store team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
