Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end visa sponsorship process for international candidates, including collating documentation, liaising with legal advisors, and tracking application statuses.
- Provide expert guidance to candidates and employers on UK immigration laws, visa categories (e.g., Skilled Worker Visa), and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate pre-arrival support, including comprehensive advice on local services, cultural integration, and general relocation logistics.
- Assist candidates in sourcing and securing suitable temporary and long-term accommodation, working with real estate agents, landlords, and relocation services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with immigration lawyers, local authorities, and housing providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa and accommodation activities, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on changes in UK immigration policies, housing market trends, and best practices in global mobility.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new international hires, covering essential aspects of living and working in Belfast.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in UK immigration processes and visa application management.
- Excellent understanding of UK Skilled Worker Visa and other relevant immigration routes.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
