Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end visa sponsorship process for international candidates, including Skilled Worker Visas (Tier 2), Global Talent Visas, and other relevant categories.
  • Act as a primary liaison between candidates, internal departments (HR, Legal), and external immigration solicitors.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to candidates on visa requirements, documentation, application submission, and post-visa arrival procedures.
  • Research, source, and recommend suitable short-term and long-term accommodation options for incoming international talent in Notting Hill and wider London.
  • Assist candidates with accommodation logistics, including lease agreements, utility setup, and general settling-in support.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UK immigration laws and internal compliance policies throughout all processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all visa and accommodation activities using our internal systems.
  • Develop and update comprehensive relocation guides and resources for international hires.
  • Stay informed about changes in UK immigration policy and housing market trends relevant to relocation.
  • Address candidate queries and concerns related to visas, immigration, and accommodation with professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in UK immigration processes, particularly with sponsored work visas.
  • Excellent understanding of UK housing market dynamics and tenancy agreements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR/applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a global mobility or relocation services provider.
  • Knowledge of specific visa categories beyond Tier 2 (e.g., family visas, dependent visas).
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
  • Experience providing support in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
