Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all provided comprehensive training sessions.
- Assist with the safe and efficient installation of solar panels and mounting systems on various roof types and ground mounts, under supervision.
- Help with the electrical wiring and connection of solar panels to inverters and other system components, strictly following guidance.
- Ensure all installations adhere to stringent safety regulations, local building codes, and established company standards.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up scaffolding, ladders, and essential safety equipment safely and correctly.
- Handle, transport, and store all materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems as skills and knowledge develop.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times without exception.
