Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features and product enhancements.
- Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to established best practices and coding standards.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize performance, enhance functionality, and resolve critical issues.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing technical knowledge, guiding best practices, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Contribute significantly to architectural discussions, technology selection, and strategic planning for future software development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and development methodologies to continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer in a relevant industry.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, or advanced JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js) if the role involves full-stack development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of cloud-native application development principles.
