Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the social media content calendar across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Create engaging visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, stories, and captions, aligning with The Crazy Store's brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent timing and optimal reach.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and engagement opportunities, providing insights to the team.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions.
  • Support the marketing team in brainstorming content ideas and campaigns.
  • Assist with basic analytics and reporting on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research on current social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, promotions) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in social media management or content creation, preferably in a retail or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for creative copywriting.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating visual content.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing for short-form content (e.g., CapCut, in-app editors).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
