Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the Engen service station, including fuel dispensing, convenience store (Quickshop/Corner Bakery) management, and car wash services.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, sales analysis, inventory control, cash management, and reporting.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high service standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Engen operational standards, health and safety regulations, and legal compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with local customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders to enhance the station's reputation and local presence.
- Implement local marketing initiatives in conjunction with Engen's national campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in business management, retail operations, or a similar entrepreneurial role.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
