Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair needs, preferences, and provide expert recommendations.
- Perform a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, styling, coloring (highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre), perms, and chemical treatments.
- Master advanced styling techniques for various occasions, including bridal and special events.
- Provide exceptional hair care advice and recommend suitable retail products to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and contribute to client retention efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Potentially participate in mobile client services for events or home-bound clients, as needed.
- Contribute to the salon's social media presence and online engagement efforts (e.g., before/after photos, styling tips, virtual consultations).
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist, ideally with 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in all aspects of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
