Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities at designated project sites, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and public engagements, including setup, breakdown, and supplier management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, providing excellent customer service to visitors and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and security protocols, conducting regular checks and risk assessments.
- Manage site resources, including inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of casual staff or volunteers for specific events.
- Prepare operational reports, incident logs, and feedback summaries for management.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, visitor numbers, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives.
