Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce SIRA-mandated safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of premises, equipment, and work practices.
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor access control points and manage visitor entry/exit procedures.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Administer basic first aid if required and coordinate with emergency services.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate safety logs.
- Provide safety briefings and guidance to staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure all safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, emergency exits) is well-maintained and accessible.
- Participate in safety drills and evacuation exercises.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and vigilance at all times.
