Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Actively promote products and services, aiming to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory checks.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably retail sales.
