Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive product information, demonstrations, and expert advice to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and inviting sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and tidy.
- Regularly restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and assist with product deliveries and placements.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and store objectives.
