Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with merchandising and stock management, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and neatly arranged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and additional services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
