Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor, including shelves and display areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-arranged and priced correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and promotions in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise deliveries.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Kinyarwanda essential, basic English an advantage).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
