Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions, handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment.
- Replenish stock on shelves and merchandising displays as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and clearly labeled.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
