Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized shop floor, including shelves, displays, and checkout areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced and merchandised.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Inform customers about special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Support security measures by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
