Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead cobbler with various shoe repair tasks, including sole replacement, heel repairs, stitching, and polishing.
- Clean, prepare, and organize footwear for repair, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Operate and maintain shoe repair machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, reporting shortages to the cobbler.
- Interact with customers, taking repair orders, providing estimates, and ensuring clear communication regarding services.
