Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant crew members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all KFC operational standards, policies, and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle cash management, including till reconciliation, deposits, and adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation to maintain KFC's high standards.
- Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective actions for team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customers.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals for the restaurant.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the quick-service restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff and customers.
- Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience with KFC or another major QSR brand.
