Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior production staff in operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products, reporting any discrepancies.
- Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment for daily production runs.
- Load and unload materials onto production lines, ensuring proper placement and flow.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, procedures, and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning of machinery and workspaces.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material handling.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
