Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across our platform.
- Lead the development of new features and services, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to define and implement technical requirements.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and development methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a significant portion in a senior-level role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar object-oriented/functional languages.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated services.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with API design and development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus.
