Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions, across various functions.
- Develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidates, leveraging various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and passive outreach.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and behavioral interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams, providing guidance on candidate selection and effective decision-making.
- Manage offer extension and negotiation process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment metrics.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and HR business partners to inform talent strategies.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Eli Lilly and Company at career fairs and industry events.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, scientific, or corporate functions.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and EEO compliance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Workday preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a highly regulated industry.
- Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting related to recruitment metrics.
