Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for a diverse caseload.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a variety of advanced physiotherapy techniques.
- Provide expert manual therapy, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation strategies.
- Educate patients on their conditions, prognosis, and self-management strategies to promote long-term well-being.
- Maintain meticulous and timely patient records in compliance with professional and company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Actively participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and internal professional development sessions.
- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior physiotherapists and support staff.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practice to continually enhance clinical skills.

Required Skills
- HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
- Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques
- Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
- Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently
- Proficiency in exercise prescription and rehabilitation program design
- IT literacy for clinical record keeping and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate qualification or specialization in MSK, Sports Physiotherapy, or related field (e.g., MSc, PGDip)
- Experience in specific modalities such as dry needling, acupuncture, or Pilates instruction
