Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines, professional standards, and legal regulations.

- Manage internal firm resources effectively, including budgeting and resource allocation for specific cases or projects.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of legislative changes and legal precedents relevant to the firm's practice areas.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years post-call experience in legal practice.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian corporate law, litigation, and commercial practice.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
