Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements within the public sector, from project initiation to successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and policymakers.
- Provide strategic advice on policy, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, and operational improvement.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
- Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.
- Contribute to thought leadership and the development of new solutions and service offerings for the public sector.
- Represent PwC at industry events and conferences, enhancing our market presence and reputation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on the public sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in public administration, policy development, government operations, or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading and successfully delivering complex projects and programs.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex political and organizational landscapes.
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Previous experience working directly within a government body or public institution.
