Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment diligently to detect and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both on foot and using company vehicles, to ensure the security of premises.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, following established protocols.
- Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and thoroughly in detailed reports.
- Control access to premises, verifying identification and authorizing entry for approved personnel and visitors.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including alarms, access control systems, and communication devices.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all occupants.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees when required, while upholding security standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy for operating surveillance systems and generating reports.
