Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence, checking for irregularities and hazards.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Control access points, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors, and issuing passes when necessary.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances promptly and efficiently, taking appropriate action as per established procedures.
- Enforce company regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct security checks and searches as required, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate surveillance systems and basic security equipment.
- Good physical condition and stamina for prolonged standing and patrolling.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a security role within the UAE.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
