Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor access points for vehicles and pedestrians, verifying identification and authorization.
- Operate and continuously monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs and records of all incidents, visitors, deliveries, and gate movements.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure security and identify potential vulnerabilities or irregularities.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to alarms, emergency situations, and security breaches.
- Enforce company policies and established security procedures rigorously and consistently.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to authorized visitors and clients while maintaining security protocols.
- Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or equipment malfunctions to supervisory staff immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with local authorities when necessary during emergencies or investigations.
- Ensure the general cleanliness and orderliness of the gatehouse and surrounding access areas.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure or during emergencies.
- Basic computer literacy for logging information and operating monitoring systems.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- No prior SIRA license required (comprehensive training will be provided).

- A valid UAE driving license.
