Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance systems diligently.
- Receive, prioritize, and accurately relay incoming calls and emergency signals.
- Dispatch security personnel to incidents, emergencies, and routine assignments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs, records, and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with field officers, clients, and emergency services.
- Operate multi-channel radio systems, telephones, and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software.
- Provide support, guidance, and information to security staff in the field.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for all security operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
