Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, reporting any irregularities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related communications, incoming calls, and radio transmissions.
- Dispatch security personnel to incidents, emergencies, or specific locations as required, ensuring timely and effective response.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security activities, incidents, dispatches, and communications.
- Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) during critical incidents and provide necessary information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures and protocols.
- Generate reports on daily security operations, incident summaries, and shift activities.
- Ensure all equipment used for dispatch and monitoring is fully functional and report any malfunctions.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to security teams and other stakeholders.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Security Manager to support overall security operations.
