Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of designated areas within Palm Jumeirah.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, responding promptly to any irregularities or incidents.
- Implement strict access control procedures for residents, guests, and service personnel.
- Provide executive protection and close personal security for high-profile individuals as required.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all SIRA regulations and company security policies.
- Conduct thorough threat assessments and implement preventative security measures.
- Offer professional and courteous assistance to residents and visitors while maintaining security protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required, Arabic a plus).
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.
