Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.
- Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control platforms.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Enforce all security policies, rules, and regulations of the facility.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident reports.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors and staff, directing them as necessary.
- Conduct bag and parcel checks as required, adhering to privacy and security guidelines.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and provide first aid when necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
- Ensure proper functionality of all security equipment and report any malfunctions.
Required Skills
- Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license (or strong eligibility to obtain one with company assistance).
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar access control role, preferably in the UAE.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
