Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available and minute-taking is accurate.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and managing inquiries.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required by executives.
- Manage and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance for the executive office.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Certification in office administration or secretarial practices.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
