Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for various science experiments (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Assist teachers and students during practical sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and ensuring understanding.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the science laboratory and storage areas.
- Monitor and manage inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and equipment, assisting with procurement when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and guidelines within the laboratory environment.
- Perform basic maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and apparatus.
- Properly dispose of chemical and biological waste in accordance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Support the science teachers in administrative tasks related to lab usage and resource management.
