Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing clients' hair.
- Prepare salon stations for clients, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the salon floor, shampoo area, and common spaces.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Help with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels and capes.
- Restock salon supplies, products, and refreshments as needed.
- Shadow stylists to observe and learn advanced techniques, client communication, and service protocols.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, when required.
- Support the retail team by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
- Attend all training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all salon policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
