Key Responsibilities
- Shadow senior sales executives and account managers to understand daily operations and strategies.
- Assist with market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the Egbeda/Alimosho region.
- Learn and internalize product specifications, features, and benefits of various FMCG items.
- Participate in sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, observing and eventually contributing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts under guidance.
- Support merchandising efforts and ensure product visibility in retail outlets.
- Actively participate in all training workshops and mentorship sessions.
- Achieve assigned learning objectives and performance targets throughout the training period.
