Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all structured training modules covering sales techniques, product knowledge, market intelligence, and customer relationship management.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client visits, presentations, and negotiations to observe best practices.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand consumer trends in the FMCG space.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Engage with potential and existing customers under supervision, learning to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport.
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives through dedicated effort and application of learned strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
