Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with deliveries.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers, demonstrating features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally.
