Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome customers to the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Actively assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and providing detailed product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are neatly displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks, receiving shipments, and preparing products for display.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
