Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Actively assist customers in locating products, answering their questions, and providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, restocking shelves, and arranging displays according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, unpacking, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex problems to store management when necessary.
- Actively promote special offers, loyalty programs, and store promotions to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and security guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant retail environment.
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and store layout changes to better assist customers and improve efficiency.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
