Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process cash, card, and mobile money transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and promotional areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Actively promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise, ensuring proper storage and display.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance to management.
