Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas (residential, commercial, or public spaces) on foot or via company vehicle to ensure safety and security.
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, persons, or vehicles to the central command or designated supervisor.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergency calls, following established protocols.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and visitor access controls.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, if applicable, and take appropriate action based on observations.
- Provide assistance to residents, visitors, or employees as needed, including directing traffic or offering general information.
- Document all incidents, observations, and activities accurately and comprehensively in daily logs or incident reports.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and local authorities when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times.
- Participate actively in all mandatory training sessions and continuous professional development programs.
