Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems diligently to detect any suspicious activities or safety breaches.
- Conduct regular physical patrols of designated areas, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergency calls, following established protocols.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in logs and incident reports.
- Enforce access control procedures, including verifying identification and managing visitor entry/exit.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide first aid support if certified and required.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and secure operational environment.
Required Skills
- Valid SIRA License (mandatory)
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
