Key Responsibilities
- Diligently monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to identify and report suspicious activities, potential threats, or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols and physical inspections of designated areas within Palm Jumeirah, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and identifying any hazards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security alarms, emergency calls, and incidents, following established procedures and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in detailed reports.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and colleagues, providing assistance and information while maintaining a professional and reassuring presence.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as SIRA regulations, to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and crisis management situations as required.
- Collaborate with security management and other team members to enhance overall security measures and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid SIRA Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain one prior to employment).
- Excellent observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and surveillance system operation.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols and stand for extended periods if required.
