Job Description
We are seeking experienced and skilled Rubber Tappers to join our team at Prestige Rubber Estate. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of rubber tapping, including identifying mature rubber trees, making proper incisions, collecting latex efficiently, and maintaining the health of the trees. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, so adaptability and resilience are crucial. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently tap rubber trees according to established procedures.
- Collect and process latex according to company standards.
- Maintain the health and productivity of rubber trees through proper tapping techniques and tree care.
- Accurately record daily latex yields and other relevant data.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team to maximize output and efficiency.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding tree health or equipment promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and maintain updated knowledge of best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in rubber tapping (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of rubber tree physiology and tapping techniques
