Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process room service orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Prepare and set up food and beverage trays according to established standards, paying close attention to presentation.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms efficiently and courteously, ensuring timely service.
- Present the bill for signature and accurately process payments (if applicable) or record charges.
- Clear used dishes and trays from guest rooms and hallways promptly, maintaining cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any guest feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including room service stations and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with inventory and restocking of room service supplies as needed.
