Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process guest room service orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted.
- Prepare and set up room service trays and trolleys with appropriate food, beverages, and cutlery according to established standards.
- Deliver orders promptly and courteously to guest rooms, maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
- Present food and beverage items to guests in a welcoming manner, explaining dishes as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all room service equipment, dishes, and work areas.
- Clear used trays and trolleys from guest rooms and hallways in a timely and discreet manner.

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for room service supplies.
