Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process guest room service orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up and present meals attractively in guest rooms according to established standards.
- Collect payment for orders and accurately process transactions.
- Clear used trays and dishes from guest rooms and hallways promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold service excellence standards.
