Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Road Maintenance Crew Member to join our infrastructure development team, based remotely in Mtubatuba, KwaZulu-Natal. This unique role embraces a modern approach to road maintenance, focusing on remote coordination, planning, and oversight to ensure the efficiency and safety of our road networks. If you are passionate about infrastructure, possess strong organizational skills, and are adept at using digital tools for project management and communication, this is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence in civil engineering. You will contribute to ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic, directly impacting communities.

- Assist in the remote procurement and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines through remote oversight and reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on road conditions, maintenance status, and project completion for management review.
- Participate actively in virtual team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all road maintenance interventions and inspections.
Required Skills
